TNB confident of RM3.25 offer price, says CEO


PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) president and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Azman Mohd, whose contract has been extended from July 1 to June 30, 2018, said TNB is confident of privatising Integrax Bhd at an offer of RM3.25 per share.

“TNB is standing firm by its revised offer of RM3.25 per share price tag to take over Integrax and is optimistic the offer will be well-received by the shareholders of the port operator,” he said in a statement.
