TNB believes takeover offer price for Integrax shares fair


KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) believes its offer of RM3.25 per share to acquire Integrax Bhd shares is fair.

“We think that it’s a fair offer. Of course when we make an offer it’s based on what we think will be a fair assessment,” president and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Azman Mohd Azman said at TNB’s Chinese New Year open house yesterday.
