Perisai subsidiary obtains extension for bareboat charters


PETALING JAYA: Intan Offshore Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd, has secured extensions for the provision of three offshore support vessels valued at US$3.65mil (RM13.2mil).

Perisai Petroleum said Intan Offshore received the extensions for the vessels from Emas Offshore Pte Ltd. The extension charters are on the same terms as the charter parties signed in September 2012 except the new expiration date would now be Aug 31, 2017.
