MELAKA: The Melaka Customary Land Development Corporation (Pertam) has entered into joint-venture (JV) agreements with five companies to undertake five different development projects worth RM337mil.
Melaka chief minister, Datuk Seri Idris Haron, said the five projects would be developed on 40 hectares of Malay customary land throughout the state.
