GHL Systems targets up to 4,000 merchants


PETALING JAYA: Payment solutions provider GHL Systems Bhd has tied up with Global Payments Card Processing Malaysia Sdn Bhd, whereby GHL will act as a payment facilitator and payment service provider to the latter. It has a target to acquire between 3,000 and 4,000 merchants this year.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, GHL said its wholly owned subsidiaries, GHL Cardpay Sdn Bhd and GHL Epayments Sdn Bhd, had each entered into an agreement with Global Payments Card Processing Malaysia to carry out the services.
