Fight for Integrax picks up as Amin takes on TNB


Bursa filings yesterday showed that Amin Halim Rasip(inset) bought about 1.03 million shares more in Integrax at an average price of RM2.77 per share, forking out about RM2.85mil.

PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB), which is now the company with the highest market capitalisation on Bursa Malaysia valued at RM82bil, appears to be facing some stiff resistance to take over port operator Integrax Bhd.

Yesterday, the share price of Integrax closed at RM2.77, which is two sen above the offer price that TNB has put on the on the table to take over the owner and operator of Lumut Port in Perak.
