Challenging year for CapitaMalls REIT

KUALA LUMPUR: CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust (CMMT), expects 2015 to be challenging, says chief executive officer Low Peck Chen (pic).

“I won’t charter a very rosy growth. I expect the retail sales to be stable and consumers will be cautious, so I foresee that net growth will be nominal,” she said after announcing the company’s fourth quarter results yesterday.
