KUALA LUMPUR: Dominant Enterprise Bhd
is selling a piece of 4,047 sq metre land in Daerah Petaling, Selangor, together with a factory for RM15mil.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Thursday, Dominant said its unit Ikta Sdn Bhd had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to sell the land to Peringgit Sri Motor Sdn Bhd.
Proceeds from the exercise would be used to finance the contruction of a new industrial building and will be used in the following three years, it said.
The group said the disposal is not expected to have any material impact on the net assets and net assets per share of the group for the financial year ending March 31, 2015.
The exercise is expected to increase the group's earning per share by about seven sen, it said.
