’s shareholders have voted to remove two of its directors, namely Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun at an EGM.
According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the poll results showed that 95.66% of the shareholders have voted for the resolution to remove Tey and Ooi, with 4.34% voting against it.
