PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Corp
Bhd (BCorp) unit Berjaya Group Bhd (BGroup) has placed out 60 million ordinary shares of Berjaya Auto Bhd (BAuto) for RM192mil.
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, BCorp said the 60 million shares represented about 7.42% of BAuto’s existing issued and paid-up share capital.
