PETALING JAYA: Boustead Holding Bhd subsidiary, Boustead Naval Shipyard (BNS), has awarded a £3.88mil (RM20.39mil) contract to Contraves Advanced Devices Sdn Bhd (CAD) for the delivery of six patrol vessels.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Boustead said the contract was for work to design, construct, equip, install, commission, integrate, test and trial, and deliver the six second-generation patrol vessels with littoral combat capabilities, which the Government awarded to BNS.
