KUALA LUMPUR: Axis REIT Managers Bhd’s entire 83.579 million units for placement at an issue price of RM3.45 each which will enable it to raise about RM288.35mil.
It said the placees for the units have been identified through its joint placement agents, Maybank Investment Bank Bhd and CIMB Investment Bank Bhd via a book-building process.
