Protasco posts losses following investments, impairments


KUALA LUMPUR: Consulting company Protasco Bhd – which has been under scrutiny by shareholders over a boardroom dispute -- posted net losses of RM69.18mil in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2014, following the deconsolidation of an investment and provision for impairment, dragging the nine-month period into the red with losses of RM42.37mil.

There will be a lot of questions to be raised at its two EGMs which will be held on Wednesday and Friday.
