Tenaga energises KLCI's rebound, up nearly 20 points midday


KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI jumped nearly 20 points at midday on Monday supported by key heavyweights including Tenaga, SapuraKencana Petroleum and DiGi as investor sentiment improved following China's rate cut.

At 12.30pm, the KLCI had surged 19.12 points to 1,828.25. Turnover was 1.13 billion shares valued at RM736.76mil. There were 384 gainers, 250 decliners and 290 counters unchanged.
