LABUAN: The Transport Ministry is sticking to its plan to set up an integrated port in Labuan to be built under the 11th Malaysia Plan (11MP).
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Abdul Aziz Kaprawi said a strategic location had been identified in Rancha-Rancha Industrial Zone.
