EPF makes appeal to vote in merger plan


PETALING JAYA: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has made an appeal to Bursa Securities to enable it to vote on the merger of CIMB Group Holdings Bhd, RHB Capital Bhd (RHB Cap) and Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB).

The appeal was submitted to Bursa Malaysia via RHB Cap and MBSB, according to two separate announcements yesterday.
