Faber to become regional player on merger with Opus, Propel


KUALA LUMPUR: Faber Group Bhd is set to become one of the region's largest asset development and asset management players following the completion of a RM1.15bil merger with Opus Group Bhd (Opus) and Projek Penyelenggaraan Lebuhraya Bhd (Propel).

Faber managing director and chief executive officer Azmir Merican said with the merger, Faber now has, under one roof, a full suite of strategic solutions and services spanning infrastructure consultancy, facilities management, property management, energy and healthcare services.
