KUCHING: Sarawak-based infrastructure group Hock Seng Lee Bhd (HSL) is eyeing new jobs in the Pan Borneo Highway project, which is expected to be accelerated by big funding under the federal Budget 2015.
HSL will bid for the new works once the packages are unveiled, according to corporate affairs director Sonja Gan.
