REVIEW: Wall Street staged a strong rebound, advancing 263.17 points to 16,380.41 the previous Friday, boosted by sterling US corporate earnings from big names, such as General Electric, Honeywell International Inc and Morgan Stanley, also rising consumer sentiment.
Tracking US stocks, Bursa Malaysia kicked off the week on a brighter note, with the FBM Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (FBM KLCI) climbing 1.76 points to 1,790.07, extending the previous session’s gains amid follow-through nibbling.
