KUALA LUMPUR: Carimin Petroleum Bhd
is offering 60.70 million new shares at RM1.10 each in its proposed initial public offer.
According to its prospectus, of the 60.70 million new shares, it would offer 11.69 million units to the public while 46 million will be placed out to identified investors and the remaining three million new shares would be offered to the eligible directors and employees.
