KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of Sime Darby Bhd rose to a high of RM9.13 on Thursday after investors digested news about its surprise move to buy New Britain Palm Oil Ltd (NBOL) at £7.15 a share.
At 2.52pm, its share price was up one sen to RM9.10 with some 3.34 million shares done between RM9.05 and RM9.13.
