KUALA LUMPUR: The total assets under management (AUM) of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT) is set to increase to RM2bil following its latest proposed acquisition.
Axis REIT Managers Bhd (ARMB), the manager of Axis-REIT, on Tuesday said the proposed acquisistion of an industrial facility in Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SiLC), Johor, for RM153.5mil in cash from Yongnam Engineering Sdn Bhd (Yongnam).
