KUALA LUMPUR: SBC Corp Bhd is aiming to launch RM300mil worth of properties by the end of the year at its flagship RM1.8bil Jesselton Quay project in Kota Kinabalu.
“We are rushing towards the launch,” managing director Sia Teong Heng told reporters after the group’s AGM and EGM yesterday. He, however, declined to elaborate when queried about the group’s plans to bring in Hard Rock Hotel to the project.
