KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI ended Friday in the red as the negative regional markets continued to affect investor sentiment while mid cap and smaller stocks continued to see attrition.
At 5pm, the KLCI was down 2.61 points or 0.14% to 1,840.50. Turnover was 2.493 billion shares valued at RM1.979bil. The broader market was weaker as decliners beat advancers 475 to 322 while 327 counters were unchanged.
