EPF sells Coastal shares


PETALING JAYA: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Coastal Contracts Bhd with the recent disposal of 120,000 shares at an undisclosed price, according to a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

Coastal’s core businesses are shipbuilding and chartering; repair, maintenance and trading of marine support vessels and serving clientele in the offshore oil and gas, mining and commodities sectors and marine traders.
