KUALA LUMPUR: Fitters Diversified Bhd
has fixed the issue price for the proposed placement of 43.66 million new shares at RM1.23 each.
It said on Tuesday the issue price was a discount of 8.2% to the five-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) of up to Sept 22 of RM1.34.
