KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is on track to implement spectrum refarming in three to five years to allow telcos provide better quality service to consumers.
Chairman Datuk Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi said the commission was well aware of the need to refarming the lower band and it was in the middle of consultation on this matter. — Bernama
