KUALA LUMPUR: Positive consumer sentiment drove vehicle sales higher to 51,125 units in August against 51,106 units sold in same month last year, said the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA).
Year-to-date, the association pointed out that total industry volume sales rose 2.7% to 444,534 units from 433,025 units registered in the corresponding period.
