PETALING JAYA: Silk Holdings Bhd and Road Builer (M) Holdings Bhd have mutually agreed to extend the conditions precedent period from 90 days to 150 days from the date of the share sale agreement (SSA) to expire on Nov 17.
Silk Holdings and the purchaser have also mutually agreed to allow the purchaser to carry out a due diligence update, according to its filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
