KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian consortium that is redeveloping the Battersea Power Station project in London has managed to secure financing of £1.35bil (RM7bil) from several banks to undertake phase two and three of the project.
This is the biggest ever loan raised in the Malaysian and London real estate sector for a property project.
