PETALING JAYA: Asia Media Group Bhd
has been served with a writ and statement of claim dated Sept 5 by its former chief financial officer Ang Lay Chieng.
According to a Bursa Malaysia announcement, Ang’s (the plaintiff) claim against the company is that there are irregularities in the statutory declarations in the company’s financial statements in the financial years ended Dec 31, 2012 and Dec 31, 2013.
