PETALING JAYA: OSK Property Holdings Berhad is disposing of 43.7ha in Sungai Petani, Kedah to the PR1MA Corp Malaysia for RM56mil.
OSK Property said it had entered into a master en-block purchase agreement with PR1MA for the freehold land forming part of Bandar Puteri Jaya township.
