KUALA LUMPUR: Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Bhd has cancelled its proposed renounceable two-call rights issue of up to 110.73 million new shares of RM1 each on a one-for-one basis.
The company said on Wednesday the board has decided to abort the proposals after due and careful consideration and re-evaluation of the viability of the proposals.
