KUALA LUMPUR: About RM3bil worth of business in the form of potential investment and export opportunities of Malaysian aerospace products and services was generated through seminars and business to business sessions during the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) 2014.
The Malaysian pavillion at FIA 2014 also featured the Asia Aerospace City (AAC), a project led by M-AeroTech, to develop a complete business ecosystem for aerospace industry players in line with the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP), said the International Trade and Industry Ministry. It said the AAC would focus on high-quality engineering services, industry-relevant human capital, and iconic infrastructure.
