AMMB Holdings Q1 net profit up 16% to RM536.94mil


KUALA LUMPUR: AMMB Holdings Bhd’s first quarter ended June 30, 2014 net profit rose 16% to RM536.94mil from RM461.98mil a year ago underpinned by a divestment gain.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, the group said its revenue for the period rose 8.4% to RM2.582bil from RM2.382bil a year ago.
