Euro Holdings major shareholder plans MGO


KUALA LUMPUR: Euro Holdings Bhd major shareholder and director Datuk Seri Choong Yuen Keong plans to undertake a mandatory general offer (MGO) if he can raise his combined stake to more than 33%.

The company announced on Thursday Choong – who owns 19.91 million shares or a 20.87% stake as at May 2014 -- had informed the board that he was in talks with several parties to raise his and parties acting in concert’s stakes.
