Bursa Securities raps, fines Melvin Yap RM500,000 over dealings in 3 counters


KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has publicly reprimanded and fined Melvin Yap Han Khoon RM500,000 over manipulative dealing activities in three counters.

The regulator had on Thursday also ordered to strike off Yap if he was still a commissioned dealer's representative over the activities involving Bright Packaging Industry Bhd, Asia Media Group Bhd and Cybertowers Bhd.
