APM subsidiary buys business and assets in Australia

KUALA LUMPUR: APM Automotive Holdings Bhd unit APM Auto Components (Australia) Pty Ltd has acquired business and assets of McConnell Seats Australia Pty Ltd for A$4.7mil (RM14.02mil).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said that the acquisition was part of the group’s strategy to expand its market base overseas and strengthen existing market presence in Australia.
