Narra plans capital reduction


PETALING JAYA: Narra Industries Bhd has proposed a capital reduction and two-to-one share consolidation exercise via the cancellation of 50 sen of par value of every existing ordinary share of RM1 in the company and thereafter the consolidation two ordinary shares of 50 sen each in the company into one new ordinary share of RM1 each in Narra.

In its filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the completion of the capital reduction and share consolidation exercise would be reflected in the Central Depository System accounts of the shareholders on Aug 14, and the new Narra shares would be listed on the next market day following the entitlement date.
