Strong market debut by Sasbadi at 47% above IPO price


KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of publishing company Sasbadi Holdings Bhd opened strongly at RM1.75, a 47% rise from its initial public offering (IPO) price of RM1.19 per share, on its debut on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

The shares closed at RM1.49, a 25% premium to its IPO price, with almost 5 million shares traded.
