KLK, HLBank lift KLCI in early trade


KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI edged up in early Tuesday trade, lifted by gains in KL Kepong, HLFG and Hong Leong Bank but trading was thin as investors awaited more significant leads.

At 9.05am, the KLCI was up 4.27 points to 1,872.91. Turnover was 103.40 million shares valued at RM49.48mil. Advancing counters beat decliners 148 to 78 while 178 counters were unchanged.
