Goldis launches conditional takeover for IGB Corp (Update)


KUALA LUMPUR: Goldis Bhd has launched a conditional take-over offer for IGB Corporation Bhd at RM2.88 per IGB share, which is just a four sen premium over the pre-suspension price of RM2.84.

It said on Friday it directly holds 30.66% of IGB Corp shares while the persons acting in concert with it collectively hold 20.49% raising its shareholding to 51.15%.
