TNB net profit down slightly, but Q3 revenue up 19%


PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) registered a slightly lower net profit of RM1.71bil in the third quarter ended May 31, 2014, compared with RM1.719bil a year ago due to higher operating costs.

However, revenue during the quarter rose 19.3% to RM11.51bil from RM9.65bil in the same quarter last year.
