Perisai Petroleum launches maiden jack-up drilling rig

On Wednesday, the company has successfully entered into the offshore rig market with the launch of its first jack-up rig drilling rig, Perisai Pacific 101.

"The Perisai Pacific 101 is going to starts its operation in Terengganu water next month for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, and we hope to make a turnaround in the second half of this year," said Perisai managing director Izzet Ishak at the launching ceremony here.
