Lafarge EPS raised by 5%

PETALING JAYA: Lafarge Malaysia Bhd’s earnings per share (EPS) for financial year ending Dec 31, 2014 (FY14) to FY16 has been raised by 5% following expectations of industry-wide cement price hikes.

Maybank Investment Bank Research said it believed higher net cement price would be pushed through gradually given the positive demand outlook and cement players’ pricing power.
