SELAYANG: With an ambitious target to achieve RM1bil market cap in five years, Seacera Group Bhd is slowly moving away from manufacturing to construction and property development.

Group managing director Zulkarnin Ariffin said the company intended to bid for jobs related to buildings, infrastructures and highways.
