Yong Tai partners PTS Properties for development in Malacca

KUALA LUMPUR: Yong Tai Bhd has partnered with PTS Properties Sdn Bhd for the construction of a 29-storey luxury condominium hotel in Malacca with a gross development value of RM120.9mil.

PTS Properties would be responsible for all matters relating to the construction of the project and Yong Tai would assist and facilitate in the construction, a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Thursday showed.
