Positive view on MRCB's newly secured project


PETALING JAYA: Analysts are positive on the recent MX-1 project won by Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) but are maintaining their earnings forecast, pending further details to be disclosed at a later stage.

On Monday, MRCB announced that it had won the bid to develop the first parcel of land in the massive 64-acre Kwasa Damansara project that is being positioned as the largest township development in the Klang Valley, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM7bil.
