KUALA LUMPUR: Australia-based property developer Lend Lease aims to secure a 10% take-up rate from Malaysian buyers for its main tower apartment under the 888 Collins St project in Melbourne by September this year.
The freehold land project, with a A$360mil (RM1.09bil) gross development value, features two blocks of high-end apartments. East, the main tower, has 443 units and West, comprises 135 units.
