YTL Power unit to buy KJS


PETALING JAYA: YTL Power International Bhd has acquired Konsortium Jaringan Selangor Sdn Bhd (KJS), a company involved in the business of planning, implementation and maintenance of telecommunication towers and telecommunication related services, for RM49.8mil.

YTL Power told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that its subsidiary, YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (YTL Comm), had entered into an agreement with Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd and Ingres Software (M) Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of a total 1.5 million ordinary shares of RM1 each in KJS.
